Electranet IT have designed and built a resilient Enterprise Project Management System which includes Microsoft Project Server and Windows SharePoint Services. The system was improved by writing custom code that will enable EA to import data from their finance system and allocate it to individual projects. We have also written custom reports to enable EA to report not only on the information on the generic Project Server but also the financial data that they input and in to their finance system. All reports and import code have been generated and uploaded into a custom installer that will install the custom code to either system that EA have without the intervention of Electranet IT thus reducing the EAÕs ongoing long term implementation costs.

Electranet IT were engaged to provide Network and Communications (N&C) Design, Implementation and ongoing project management software as a service. Complete Project Management and Application Hosted outsourced solution for the MoD Defence Information Infrastructure upgrade project. In order to support an on-going project roll out, a system was designed from initial concept through to implementation which manages work progressing at over 350 sites throughout the UK. Network equipment and software was configured to meet the CESG manual T and was accredited to RESTRICTED level. The system was used by 120 project managers whilst working on the MOD sites using 3G connections due to no other communications connections being available. The data is provided through a thin client technology allowing remote access utilising Secure Software as a Service. Support was provided 24-7-365 days a year as some work had to be conducted during silent hours or at weekends in order to meet the customerÕs needs.
