Company Level Overview

Each business within the Group is managed by a Managing Director individually appointed and selected based on their experience and market expertise. Each Managing Director reports to the Group CEO and is assisted on a daily basis by the Group Finance Director, Group Operations Director, Group Business Development Director, Group Sales Manager and Group Health & Safety Manager.

Within each business, a Senior Management Team exists comprising Estimating Managers, Operations Managers and Production Managers. These Senior Management Teams meet on a weekly basis with their Managing Director to discuss, plan and strategise the business requirements of the day. Complemented with dedicated Accounts team within each business it is these solid foundations that allow each business to be structured and managed efficiently to meet the changing needs of our clients on a daily basis.
